Ljiljana Berić and Enrico Verdoscia New Members of UniCredit Bank Serbia Management Board

Management Board of UniCredit Bank Serbia has been enlarged by two new members, Ljiljana Berić in charge of Finance Division and Enrico Verdoscia responsible for Corporate and Investment Banking Division (CIB). Enrico took over the responsibilities from Branislav Radovanović who was successfully leading CIB Division from 2007 and who continued his career outside UniCredit.

Ljiljana started her career at UniCredit Bank Serbia in 2002 on the position of Financial Controller in the Controlling Department in order to be promoted to the position of Head of this Department four years later. In 2007, she took over the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer of Marfin Bank. After spending two years outside UniCredit, in 2009 she was appointed as CFO of this bank in Serbia responsible for Asset Liability Management, Planning & Controlling, Accounting, Statutory reporting and Tax issues. Ljiljana holds a diploma in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Belgrade Faculty of Economics and is currently preparing thesis on International Master of Quantitative Finance (IMQF).  

Enrico Verdoscia started his career in UniCredit in 1985 joining Banca di Roma in the Risk Underwriting Department. He matured his international experience in CIB as Account Manager in the New York and Tokyo offices. In 2000, Enrico was appointed as General Manager of Banca di Roma Branch Office in Chicago, while in 2006 he moved to Singapore performing the duties of General Manager of Banca di Roma Branch Office in charge for overall bank's operations in South-East Asia. Two years after he became Head of GTB and Corporate Banking Division at HVB Singapore Office. From 2010, he acted as Head of CEE Trade Finance and STEF within CEE Division. Enrico holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA Honors degree in Finance from Roosevelt University in Chicago. 

In regards to these appointments Claudio Cesario, CEO of UniCredit Bank Srbija stated: "I am very proud that our Management Board has been further strengthened by two new members, Ljiljana and Enrico, both of them having vast knowledge and experience in UniCredit, followed by excellent results in their own fields of business. I am convinced that Ljiljana, with her deep expertise in finance, knowledge of the local bank and the market, and Enrico, with his diversified experience ability to quickly adapt to local markets and identify demand, represent valuable reinforcements to our Management Board and that they will contribute largely to its work."
