Dejan has been in Wiener Stadtische osiguranje since February 2007. He has gone through all phases of support and developing of human resources department in Wiener Stadtishe osiguranje.
He has the organizational and human recourses management background from the Faculty of organizational sciences, University of Belgrade. He also holds a PhD degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of organizational sciences, University of Belgrade.
Dejan is in charge for all human resources issues. He had wide experiences in multinational company in previous work. He was responsible for all aspects of people and their training and development both in Serbia and abroad.
He has experience in training and people development, with developing training curriculum's and delivering programs which build skills, behaviors and knowledge that enable people to be successful in their current roles and that are consistent with the goals and objectives of the organization.
He is good at assessing the environment and implementing solutions which create a culture that matches the requirements of the organization.
Dejan attended number of in-house organized courses such as Train the Trainer, Foundation of Management, Negotiations, HR Trainings, Communications, Situational Leadership, Presentation Skills, SWOT Analysis, Risk Analysis, Business Planning, Sales Academy, Project Management, Change Management, Creative Thinking, Feedback, Coaching, Team building, Influencing, Decision Making.
