New FIC Vice President
We hereby wish to inform you that Ingeborg Øfsthus, Telenor Serbia CEO has been unanimously elected as new FIC Vice President Substitute to President. This BoD decision comes after John Kyritsis left the position in Delhaize Serbia in February this year. The company will soon delegate its representative in the BoD.
Ingeborg Øfsthus has almost two decades of experience at different positions within Telenor, and is holding the position of the CTO at the company in Serbia since September 2012, with responsibility for Montenegro added in 2013. Her previous experience includes technology management positions in Telenor in Germany, Thailand and Norway. Ingeborg holds a Master of Science in Electronic Communications from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Another change in the BoD involve FIC member Carlsberg, which decided to withdraw from FIC Board of Directors while remaining in FIC membership. Yana Mikhailova, Nestlé Adriatic CEO, continues to serve as FIC President while Dimitrije Knjeginjic, Lafarge Serbia CEO continues to serve as FIC Vice President Spokesperson. Other BoD members include: General Manager of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina at British American Tobacco SEE Thanos Trimis, Ernst & Young Country Managing Partner and Head of Tax Ivan Rakic, CEO of FCA Srbija Silvia Vernetti-Blina, Regional Property & Expansion Manager of IKEA Srbija Vladislav Lalic, PepsiCo West Balkans Commercial Director Michail Orfanoudakis, and President of the Board of Directors of Societe Generale Bank Srbija Goran Pitic.
