FIC advocacy on the Company Law brought significant and tangible results. Company Law, adopted by Serbian Parliament on November 17, incorporates 6 out of 8 FIC comments. The Position Paper sent to the Economy Ministry on June 30 outlined the need for wide consultations with the business community and drew attention that the frequent changes are not good for business climate and legal certainty of market participants.
