FIC approached the Trade and Telco Ministry to advocate for the introduction of electronic invoice as a basic invoice form to be sent to the consumers. This would spare 240 million sheets of paper in 4 years in Serbia, while the clients who need the invoice in paper would still have the possibility to ask for them. In a PP sent on June 11, FIC proposed the rule would be included in the Law on Electronic Communications. It was a good moment for submitting the initiative, as the Telco Ministry has formed the Working Group on the Law on Electronic Communications, and Telco chairpersons are members of the Group.
