On December 23, sent to the Republic Secretariat for Public Policy the comments on the Draft Amendments to the Law on Waste Management. The comments were previously sent to the Environment Protection Ministry on November 5, and were reiterated upon request of the Republic Secretariat. The comments that can be accessed here referred to the costs of management of the medical and pharmaceutical waste on one hand, and on the other need to further clarify numerous proposed provisions.
