On March 30, FIC held an online meeting with the IMF to discuss key issues regarding the structural reforms, business and investment climate, as well as the impact of the pandemic and policy response. FIC shared opinion regarding supply chain flow and green corridors, as well as on Government’s economy measures in the context of the COVID-19 crisis. Other topics addressed include among others: taxation, AML, and work from home. IMF Delegation included Chief of Mission Jan Kees Martijn, mission members Marina Marinkov, Pietro Dallari, Marco Rodriguez, Sandra Lizarazo Ruiz, and Priscilla Toffano, Resident Representative in Serbia Sebastian Sosa, IMF Office in Serbia members Desanka Obradovic and Marko Paunovic. FIC was represented by the Executive Director Aleksandar Ljubic and Regulatory Officers Jelena Lazarevic and Tanja Jovanovic.
