International Green Hydrogen Conference

The Foreign Investors Council (FIC), is an institutional partner, of the Third Belgrade Hydrogen Conference – “Green Hydrogen as a Guiding Path of the Energy Transition”,  which will be held on March 17–18, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade.

The conference will bring together decision-makers, investors, representatives of power utilities, industry leaders, and technology companies from 24 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The event is organized with the institutional support of chambers of commerce, bilateral business associations, as well as the economic departments of embassies and international partners active in the fields of energy and investment.

The program focuses on the next phase of hydrogen market development and the broader energy transition, with particular emphasis on:

  • Financial sustainability and project bankability
  • Competitive pricing of green hydrogen and Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCOH)
  • Real industrial demand and decarbonization of CO₂-intensive sectors
  • CBAM as an investment factor shaping exporters’ competitiveness
  • Power system stability amid increasing renewable energy capacity
  • Managing energy surpluses and converting them into commercially viable value through hydrogen
  • Integration of hydrogen into energy and digital infrastructure

All major regional power utilities will be in attendance, alongside representatives of energy-intensive industries. A strong international dimension will be ensured by equipment manufacturers, EPC contractors, investment funds, and technology leaders active in the development and financing of hydrogen projects.

The conference is structured as a two-day B2B meeting point for markets, capital, and technology, with a clear focus on projects transitioning from strategy to implementation.
