On February 24, FIC had the opportunity to hear about the new amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction and Law on Conversion for a Fee, firsthand by the Construction Ministry.

State Secretary Aleksandra Damnjanovic and Assistant Minister Djordje Milic presented a package of recent regulatory changes in the sector of infrastructure, with focus of the two above-mentioned regulations adopted by parliament on February 3rd. Meeting attracted more than 20 FIC members. FIC was active during shaping the changes of those two Laws, most recently in December. As a conclusion, Ministry announced work on simplification of the Law on Planning and Construction and also expressed readiness to continue its cooperation with FIC.
