On September 30, FIC approached the Energy Ministry asking to be included in consultations on regulatory processes in view of the introduction of auctions for renewable energy. As the introduction of auctions was announced, FIC welcomed the planned drafting of the new regulatory framework and expressed readiness to be included in the consultations in view of creating the adequate regulatory framework for implementation of auctions for renewable energy sources. Companies from the sector can contribute to the quality of the upcoming consultation, and are interested to take active part when the process of creating the legal framework for auction is launched, the letter states.
