On July 9, FIC approached the Telco Ministry to advocate for the possibility to make initial contracts for telecommunication services between the telco operators and their clients on a distance. The initiative comes after the Telco and Trade Ministry on June 1 registered the medium reliability level electronic identification scheme, provided by the E-Government and IT Office. It was outlined that the mobile operators aim for the long time already to enable their clients the establishment of contracts on a distance. The letter also provided the arguments proving that such solution is possible in the legal framework of Serbia.
