On March 23, Infrastructure & Real Estate Committee President Ivan Gazdic took part at the 6th Serbia and Western Balkans Property and Infrastructure Development Conference. The event held online was opened by the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Tomislav Momirovic, while other participants included the UK Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to the Western Balkans, high officials of Serbia and Belgrade, representatives of international organisations, business associations and international companies. Ivan Gazdic participated at the panel “Commercial, Logistics and Retail & Shopping Real Estate Market”, together with representatives of several large companies. Ivan Gazdic shared his professional opinion on infrastructure market during pandemic with focus on project financing, green energy and sustainability. He also shared information regarding FIC Infrastructure & Real Estate Committee latest activities, participation in public discussion on energy regulation highlighting that numerous FIC comments on renewables were accepted by the Ministry.
