On April 23, FIC provided its views on the selected aspects of business environment in Serbia to the joint OECD and EU initiative SIGMA. SIGMA organized online meeting of the focus group as part of monitoring assessment interviews in Serbia on areas of policy development and coordination, accountability of independent institutions, free access to information, service delivery and public procurement. FIC Executive Director Aleksandar Ljubic took active participation in the session. Main topics were  administrative simplification, red tape, availability and quality of digital services, accessibility, and quality of services in general, starting a business, paying taxes and public procurement procedures.
