Mrs. Dubravka Kosić got her law degree in 1988, then shortly after passed the Bar exam and started practicing law as an attorney at law. In the meantime, she also got a PhD and established a practice of her own, that is still growing to this day. Her practiceputs emphasis on corporate issues, foreign transcations, M&A transactions, bankruptcy procedures, arbitration procedures, litigation and providing consulting services in terms of following up the regulations.

Over the course of 35 years, she particpated in numerous projects that impacted the economy of the Republic of Serbia greatly, thus she is one of the few attorneys that provide such versatile and quality services, especially in the area of corporate law, restructurings, privatization procedures, statutory changes etc.

Mrs. Dubravka Kosić, asa Partner in K&F Advokati, is a member of many important organizations, such as Confindustria Serbia, Consulegis Serbia, CCG Group Serbia, Cammera di Commercio Italo-Serbia, American State Association of lawyers, International Bar Association, Capital Global Law Firm Group, while also being a consultant to various banks, especially the World Bank for years.
