Tanja Jovanović graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, International Relations Department 2011. She Joined BAT 2024 as Regulatory Affairs Manager. Prior to her career in BAT she held the position of the Regulatory Officer in FIC for 4 years. Before joining FIC, Tanja was Assigned as one of the focal points for „Government Programme for the Reduction of Administrative Burden on the Business Sector e-PAPER“ in Public Policy Secretariat, actively coordinating collaboration and communication in various Government institutions and business sector requirements. Her nearly 15 years’ experience within both government and non-government sectors in coordination and monitoring multiple stakeholders’ activities, analyzing and preparing strategic, action and planning documents with reference to relevant regulations was grounded in two years in Ministry of Defense, but also in multiple NGOs.
