Sanja Manasijevski holds an LL.M., an MSc and an executive MBA degree, combining legal, business and management expertise with more than 13 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently Senior Director Legal, Compliance & M&A West Balkans at Hemofarm, a member of the STADA Group, where she leads legal, compliance and M&A activities across the region. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in pharmaceutical regulation, compliance, corporate law, risk management and strategic transactions, while working closely with senior management, industry stakeholders and public institutions. She is committed to advancing high standards of corporate governance, ethical business conduct and constructive dialogue aimed at improving the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment in Serbia and the wider region.
