Marko Jović is Director of Regulatory Affairs and Wholesale, responsible for Regulatory and Institutional Affairs and Wholesale in A1 Srbija, member of A1Telekom Austria Group. Marko graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
He has been employed with A1 Srbija (Vip mobile) since 2007, from the beginning of Vip mobile operations in Serbia. During this period Marko participated in establishing electronic communication regulation at Serbian market actively shaping telecom and digital services environment.
He is specialized in electronic communication regulations, cooperation with institutions and government bodies, wholesale activities, frequency auctions, MVNO implementation, etc.
Marko is currently responsible for managing Regulatory, Governmental and Institutional Affairs and Wholesale in A1 Srbija, shaping regulations of electronic communication market, monitoring and participating in the development of Serbian regulations and harmonization with relevant EU directives. He is also responsible for cooperation with the main stakeholders, Government, governmental agencies, RATEL and Ministries of Republic of Serbia, and other electronic communications operators in Serbia and abroad.
He actively participates and represents A1 Srbija in professional associations and organizations such as Foreign Investors Council, American Chamber of Commerce, NALED, RNIDS, Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Marko hold the position of President of Telecommunication and IT committee in Foreign Investors Council in period 2017-2019 and member of AmCham Board of Directors in period 2018-2020 and Since September 2022 Marko is Vice President of Property and Investment Alliance in NALED.
