Mario Kijanović is a Managing Associate in the Belgrade office of Kinstellar. He is practicing law for more than 10 years, with special focus on real estate and construction, energy, mining and  renewable energy project, project finance and infrastructure and construction matters. He has assisted a diverse range of clients, from the public sector to some of the world’s largest property and renewable energy project developers.

Mario’s areas of expertise include renewable energy projects, retail, commercial and industrial leasing, acquisitions and disposals, subdivisions, development work, apartment and mixed-use projects, agricultural land deals and complex capital and distressed asset transactions.

Mario acted as the FIC Vice President of Infrastructure & Real Estate Committee in the period from June 2020 until June 2022 and President of the Infrastructure & Real Estate Committee within the Foreign Investors Council from June 2022 until June 2024.

Mario was very active in FIC advocating and presenting FIC views in public in order to improve the investment climate and regulatory framework in Serbia with the aim to attract new investors and facilitate the process of investing in Serbia.
