Jelena Stojanović is Manager in PwC Serbia and has more than 8 years of professional experience in tax consulting.

Jelena advises PwC clients on ongoing basis on corporate income tax, international taxation matters and personal income tax matters in Serbia and has also worked on a number of tax projects in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her core expertise is tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and leading due diligence teams.

Jelena also supports clients with procedures before Tax Administration and resolves complex tax issues. Working on various assignments, she acquired unique knowledge of taxation matters within different industries, including TM&T, energy, aviation, automotive and FMCG. She assisted a number of clients build and improve their tax function, claim and implement tax incentives, etc.

Jelena holds a Bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Law at Belgrade University, majoring in International Law Studies. She passed a Serbian Bar Exam with honors in 2022. Also, Jelena is a member of Serbian Fiscal Society, a local branch of IFA.
