We are proud to invite you to the online FIC Insight event, dedicated to the Amendments to the Law on Electronic Document, Electronic Identification and Trust Services in Electronic Business. It will be held on October 6 at 12.00 via Microsoft Teams. Novelties the amendments bring, including cloud signature, will be presented by the Legal Committee President Igor Zivkovski and Telco and Digital Committee Representative Vladimir Boljanovic. Other issues to be addressed include experience from the four years of eBusiness Law (main achievements, problems in practice, legal significance of unqualified trust services), and the legislative situation in the EU in this domain. Members will also have the opportunity to engage in discussion and submit questions in the Q&A part of the session. FIC insight was launched in 2020 as an additional service to members and a platform for exchanging knowledge. It is a presentation of selected important new legislation to interested FIC members.
