Đorđe Milovanović holds a position of Senior HR Legal Advisor and Ethics & Compliance Officer at Yettel Ltd. Belgrade, and is responsible for Ethics & Compliance area, HR Legal area and relations with trade union.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in implementation of Labour and related laws gained through more than 15 years of experience in different industries, so as in other areas. During his career, Đorđe also lead or participated in various projects and initiatives, reorganisation processes, negotiations, labour disputes, advised and collaborated with different stakeholders, locally and abroad. Previous engagements include senior positions in Telenor Banka ad Beograd, KBC Banka ad Beograd and City administration department for urban planning, housing and public utility services.

Đorđe is active member of Foreign Investors Council for almost 10 years, contributed with digitization, remote work and related initiatives, and participated in drafting of White book.

Holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from University of Novi Sad, and a Specialist Degree in Management and Information Systems from Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade.
