Company’s team: The management structure of the company consists of the Assembly, the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board. The Supervisory Board consists of: Jošt Dolničar – the president, Nebojša Šćekić – a member, Josif Jušković – a member. - How do you perceive Sava neživotno osiguranje a.d.o. Beograd strategy for further growth on this market?
The companies tries to provide to its insurees all the necessary and important information related to our products and their advantages, as well as to the importance of insurance as such. We try to explain to our insurees in a very precise manner what they had insured and what types of insurance coverage we offer. The entire sales network, as well as all of the company’s employees, are involved in these tasks, because our basic principles are that the client comes first and that we all need to be of service to our clients.
First and foremost, we try to establish a partner-like relationship with our clients by providing quality service and being flexible in our approach to their requests related to various insurance coverage needs. With regards to damage liquidation, which is the last phase of the insurance service provision process, we try to be proactive. Having new and improved insurance products helps us find new insurees and fight strong market competitors.
- What is in your view the role of FIC and what are your expectations?
The Council has a very important role to play in promoting the Serbian market with the assistance of its members and their vast international experience, as well as in encouraging new investors to invest here with the help of the authorities of the Republic of Serbia. We expect for the positive trend of foreign investments to continue, and hope that FIC, in cooperation with its members and the Government of the Republic of Serbia, will contribute to the harmonization of local legislation with European regulations and standards.
