Nebojša was born in 1984. Nebojša graduated at Faculty of Law the University of Belgrade in 2008. Nebojša is an attorney at law qualified in Serbia practicing:

• as of January 2022 in cooperation with PwC Serbia as Manager in Legal Services;
• as of July 2019 until January 2022 as senior member of Karanovic & Partners managing legal affairs in Helleniq Energy subsidiary in Serbia;
• as of February 2009 until January 2022 in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners Law Firm, as a senior associate and member of the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group.

Nebojša practiced in various areas of corporate and commercial law and has gained considerable experience in advising clients in the market through the course of commercial transactions and on corporate governance matters. Nebojša has significant experience in advising clients across various sectors such as retail business, food business, information technology. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of the work including all aspects of employment, data protection, compliance and risk management. He was also involved in various M&A projects and in particular due diligence reports.
