Kaizen Institute Srbija organises the 3. KAIZEN™ Manager Club workshop KAIZEN™ in Office in Hotel Crowne Plaza, Belgrade, on 12th march 2020.

WHAT?

Topic:

The aim of the workshop is to introduce the participants to the application of KAIZEN™ principles outside of the production environment, such as in the office, service organisations or service centre like accounting, HR, sales, marketing, logistics, etc.

Participants:
All employees who work with computers, paper, transactions, processes, e-mails, etc.

WHY ATTEND?

The workshop provides a networking and experience exchange opportunity with over 100 KAIZEN™ and Lean professionals, as well as new knowledge about the implementation of the Japanese KAIZEN™ methodology and free KAIZEN™ literature.

This is free of charge event.
