Veljko is a senior member of the Karanovic&Partners Competition Practice Group, who has advised and represented clients in some of the most complex transactions and antitrust proceedings across Southeast Europe. He predominantly practices competition and telecom, media and technology law, with a special focus on antitrust matters and compliance assessments, as well as specific frameworks for regulated industries. On a regular basis, he engages with competition authorities, line ministries, regulatory bodies and other governmental institutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Veljko worked as a legal advisor in the Ministry of Trade and Services, working in consumer protection and trade. He has been a member of the working group for drafting the Advertising Law, a domain name disputes arbiter with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and has authored a number of expert publications.
