Services:

Sales invoice solutions: Fitek will develop and implement a process for sending invoices for you, that is quick, simple and transparent, and fully customized to fit your specific needs. You just forward the underlying data of the invoice to us and we do everything else – data conversion, generating sales invoices, invoice display and sending invoices to the customer.

Paper invoices are printed, enveloped and mailed; pdf invoices are sent by e-mail and e-invoices are transmitted according to the format desired by the receiver. All data are archived, and the necessary reports are generated to the sender of the invoice after sending the invoice.

Purchase invoice solutions:Fitek purchase invoice management system facilitates the trouble-free management of both paper and pdf invoices, which get scanned and digitized. It helps you speed up the process of entering invoices and reduces its cost thanks to a decrease in manual labor.

The verification, coordination, approval, and posting of invoices – can be either partially or fully automated. The invoices approved in the invoice management system are added to your accounting system or software (ERP). Data quality increases – there are fewer errors in the system, finding data is faster and storing is easier.

Document printing: We are a reliable, fast, flexible, experienced and reputable provider of digital printing solutions of financial information such as bills, invoices, statements, debt reports, other customized letter printing, enveloping and delivery according to your needs.

Document digitalization: Changing to electronic documents and using the E-archive system can increase labor productivity by 25-50 times, reduce document processing time by more than 75% and reduce the costs of document storage by up to 80 times. Fitek offers a set of services that includes fast and confidential digitalization of any paper documents by scanning, archiving and storage of the scanned documents in the E-archive.

PEPPOL: Fitek customers can use PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line) network for receiving and sending e-invoices from and to European recipients, relevant for B2G and B2B traffic.
