Yana-Mikhailova

Yana Mikhailova has been appointed to the position of CEO of Nestlé South East European market – Adriatic region, Bulgaria and Romania, as of December, 2017.

In addition to leading senior management position in the Nestlé company, Mrs. Mikhailova is a President of two important business associations in Serbia, Foreign Investors Council and Serbian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.

 Yana Mikhailova joined Nestlé in 1996 as Regional Sales Manager in Nestlé Russiaand during these 20 years Mrs. Mikhailova led and contributed to the development of different businesses. As from 2000 Mrs. Mikhailova was in charge of marketing for Nestlé Confectionery Business in Russia.

Afterwards she advanced to the position of Regional Director Nestlé Purina Petcare Russia, Ukraine & CIS region managing growth of pet food business in Eastern Europe.

From 2012 to 2015, Mrs. Mikhailova was appointed to the position of CEO of Nestlé in Ukraine and Moldova, where she has significantly contributed to the development of Nestlé in the region, achieving consistent growth.

As of 2015, Mrs. Mikhailova joined Nestlé Adriatic on the position of CEOwith operations in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Macedonia, Kosovo and Montenegro. Nestlé Adriatic has constant market share growth, thanks to improved efficiency of its business operations and continuous innovations within its wide range of products that are based on Nutrition, Health and Wellness strategy.

From the 1st December 2017, Yana Mikhailova has been appointed to the position of CEO of Nestlé South East European market – Adriatic region, Bulgaria and Romania.

Yana Mikhailova holds diploma of Tomsk State University in Russia (biological department) and Novosibirsk State University (psychological department).

Mrs. Mikhailova has a Russian Federation citizenship, she is married, has a daughter and a son.

Published yearly since 2003, goal of the White Book is to enable removing unneeded barriers and make doing business in Serbia easier, thus enabling better inflow of investments. It is promoted every year in the fourth quarter at the prestigious high-level event.
